How it works

1. Place your order - no photo needed yet.
2. Send us your photo straight after checkout. Drop it into the chat box at the bottom right of this site, or simply reply to your order confirmation email and add your order number. Phone photos are fine - sharp, natural daylight, no filters. We read messages every morning and start your piece the same day.
3. We make it by hand, then ship it tracked. Around 30 days in the studio, about 10 days in transit.

Good to know

Custom pieces are made just for you, so changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering and we can't accept returns after that. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we remake it or refund you - no arguments, no return postage.

The little extra

Order from us a second time, leave a review and share it - and we'll tuck a free custom mystery piece in with your order.

Here's how it works: place your second order and leave us a review. Then post a photo of your piece on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok with a link to storyfigure.com, take a screenshot, and send it to us in the chat window. Once we've checked the link, your mystery piece goes in the box with that order. One per customer - and yes, we do check the link.
